The Housing Authority of the City of Miami Beach (HACMB) is an equal opportunity employer with a highly skilled, motivated team dedicated to ensuring that eligible individuals and families have quality, affordable housing.

Our highly diversified staff members have a broad range of experience and knowledge that assist this Authority in obtaining and remaining one of the highest rated housing authorities in the area.

While our staff numbers are relatively small (35 full time employees), the volume and quality of service we provide is high.    Our Section 8 Department manages 2508 vouchers and our Asset Management Department manages 200 Elderly Public Housing units in Rebecca Towers South, 200 Elderly New Construction units in Rebecca Towers North, and 16 Section 8 units on Collins Avenue of Miami Beach.  Our Maintenance Department is responsible for the repair and care of these units.  Our Finance Department handles all the accounting functions for all of the areas.
